Approach

My Approach to Individual Therapy

I draw from Attachment Theory, Jungian psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and self-compassion practices. What matters most, though, is the relationship we build together. We'll explore the patterns that shape your life, the stories you carry, and the parts of yourself that have been hidden or misunderstood.

Focus Areas

Common Issues We Can Work On Together

Anxiety & Depression

When worry or heaviness takes over your daily life, therapy can help you understand what's driving it and develop ways to move through it rather than around it.

Life Transitions

Career changes, relocation, becoming a parent, divorce. These transitions stir up more than logistics. We'll work through what these shifts mean for your sense of self.

Self-Esteem & Self-Worth

If you've spent years measuring yourself against expectations that were never yours, we can explore where those beliefs started and what it looks like to define your own worth.

Intergenerational Trauma

Some pain is inherited. We'll look at the patterns passed down through your family and work toward breaking cycles you didn't choose.

Identity & Cultural Conflicts

Navigating between cultures, languages, or identities can leave you feeling like you don't fully belong anywhere. Therapy can help you hold all of who you are.

Relationship Concerns

Patterns in relationships often reflect deeper attachment needs. We'll explore what's happening beneath the surface so you can show up differently in the connections that matter.

Grief & Loss

Grief doesn't follow a timeline. Whether recent or long-carried, we'll create space to process loss at your own pace without rushing toward resolution.

Parenting Challenges

Parenting brings up your own childhood in unexpected ways. We can explore how your past shapes your present parenting and find an approach that feels true to you.

Take the First Step

If You're Ready to Begin

Taking the first step can feel vulnerable. This is a space where you can show up as you are.
