Compassion as a practice
If life's been feeling like a lot lately, overwhelming, disconnected, or just plain stuck, I offer a space to slow down, feel seen, and start untangling what's been weighing on you.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My style is warm, collaborative, and curious, blending professional training with lived experience. I speak Farsi and love working across cultures.
How I Work
I blend professional training with lived experience to create a space that's grounded and real. My approach draws from several modalities, but what matters most is the relationship we build together.
We'll look at the patterns that shape your relationships, the stories you carry, and the parts of yourself that have been hidden or misunderstood, and find new ways of being that feel true to who you are.
Modalities
Attachment Theory · Psychodynamic Therapy · Internal Family Systems (IFS) · Jungian Psychology · Self-Compassion
